Delivery Terms And Condition

1) We will deliver the product within 14 working days upon payment (domestic only).

2) Our office operating hours are weekdays 10.00am to 5.30pm.
3) No delivery services on:
– Weekdays after 4.00pm
– Weekends
– Public holidays
– Sentosa area
– Jurong Island
– TUAS
– Restricted Area (Army, Air, Naval, Police Base)
– Additional charges will apply to the above mentioned areas.
4) We make every effort to deliver your order within the scheduled date. However, unforeseen circumstances like natural disaster or traffic/parking restrictions may result in delays. All delivery stated, agreed or represented by us are meant to be indicative estimates only, and we will not be bounded by or responsible for any inconvenience or loss arising to you from late deliveries.
5) In the event that we are unable to make the delivery because no one is present at the delivery destination to receive the order, a S$10.00 surcharge is applicable for a return trip to re-deliver the order. Customer may then choose to self-collect at our office.
6) We will inform once stock is ready and schedule a delivery date.
7) We do not provide at-the-door measuring or trying out service due to hygiene protocol. However, we will be happy to provide a phone consultation on the sizing.

Refunds

No refund upon confirmation of sale. No exchange of size or model after 7 working days upon product received.

If you need to exchange size or model of an item after it has been delivered to you, you must advise us within 7 working days from the delivery date by contacting us. You will need to return the package directly to us at our office or via courier. Exchange product must be return in its original condition. K-Talyst Pte Ltd reserves the rights to reject any exchange of model and size at our discretion. All return delivery fees will be borne by you, the customer.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase. This could include your packing slip, a copy of your order confirmation email.

If your order missing an item or did your order contain the wrong item? If so, we ask that you notify us within 7 days from your order date. Items that break prior to wear or have any product defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement.

We accept no liabilities for your purchase of our products from any other third parties apart from us. We will not be liable or responsible for any dispute or disagreement that may arise between you and any third party in relation to the sale and purchase of our products

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by Singapore law. You agree to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Terms and Conditions to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
